Final Sale Policy:

All items marked as final sale such as El Código del Lobo Edición Cómic (Mentalidad de Ganador) are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

By purchasing a final sale item, you acknowledge and agree that the item cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to sizing issues, change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with the product.

Final sale items are clearly indicated on the product page and/or during the purchase process. It is the customer’s responsibility to review product details, sizing information and this policy before completing the purchase.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for final sale items once an order has been placed and processed.

Exceptions are only made in cases where the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible for an exception, you must contact us within a day of receiving your order and provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

We reserve the right to determine the validity of all claims and to refuse requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
